Grand Knight’s Message
Brother Knights,
We will be moving our April general meeting and the steak fry to Thursday April 10th, due to Thursday April 17th being Holy Thursday.
Please contact Dick Dols to sign up, so he has an accurate count for steak and/or chicken.
Targeted ads for the Knights have started to appear on Facebook starting March 20 and will run through April 20th. It will be cool to see if it makes an impact.
We have our Palm Sunday breakfast on April 13th, please reach out to Donnie or me if you are willing to work one of the shifts.
Coinciding with the Palm Sunday breakfast the parish is having the ministry fair. Both the Knights and the Ladies Auxiliary will have a table at the event.
Vivat Jesus!

Financial Secretary (FS) Notes
Have you moved, have you changed your phone number, have you made a change to your email address? Please keep the council updated when you have a change of address, change of phone number and finally a change to your email. It really helps us to keep track of where to send things to you. If you have any changes, please forward them onto the FS.
Please look at the back of your membership card. What do you see? It has my contact info. Please make sure your loved ones know this in case you are sick or have passed away.
Former Officers
The FS is looking for Council Jewels that you may have in your possession. Please turn them in as soon as possible. Bring them to the office at St. Tim’s, we have a mail slot that they can be left in. Thank you.
Members in hospital etc.?
Please contact the FS so the council can send a card out.
Raffle Ticket Letter
You received a fundraiser letter along with a couple of Knight Foundation raffle tickets in January. Money raised from those raffle tickets are used for donations that the Raffle Foundation picks. Half of that money raised does come back to us to be used how we want it to be used. Please think about buying and sending back the tickets sold to me. I would like all tickets back to me no later than May 1st. We are approaching $1,000 turned in so far in raffle tickets. The other piece is donations to a few different things that our council supports. A number of the tickets have been turned in along with a separate donation but would like to see more. Thank you
Do You Volunteer???
Each year our council files with Supreme a survey report with the amount of time our members spend outside of KC events volunteering.
The list is lengthy, do you help at church, do you deliver meals, do you visit the sick, homebound, do you help a neighbor, I am sure there are many more than that.
What I am asking, is for you to try and keep track of what event it is and how many hours you spend on that event each month.
On the 1st of every month to email me that list and I will include it in the report that I fill out each year. Please email me at fs@kc5141.org. If you do not have the ability to email me, please call me and let me know. Thank you.
District Deputy Info
Fraternal Benefit Events (FBE) – There are a variety of different topics occurring through early June. Let GK Matt know you attended so he can fill out the FBE form.
